Check out these Community ’19 bands at Reading & Leeds 2019
19 Aug 2019Community ’19 was immense and we’d love to watch all of those bands again. Well, now you can as Blossoms, The Hunna, SWMRS and more are playing Reading and Leeds Festival this weekend.
So, if you’re going to #Randl19 we dare you to lose it all over again to these Community ’19 bands this bank holiday weekend.
Not got tickets? Reading Festival is completely sold out, but you can still get tickets for Leeds Festival.
Blossoms
If you’re looking for a massive singlong you need to hit up Blossoms. At Community ’19 Stockport’s finest had us singing our lungs out to ‘Charlemagne’ and latest single, ‘Your Girlfriend’. Now, they’re set to do it all over again at Reading and Leeds.
Reading Festival – Main Stage – Saturday 6.40pm
Leeds Festival – Main Stage – Sunday 6.10pm
The Amazons
It’s going to be a hometown show for The Amazons at Reading Festival so you know it’s going to go off.
At Community ’19 they brought huge riffs and singalongs to the N4 stage for a beaut of a headline set. We can’t wait to mosh to ‘Black Magic’ and ‘Mother’ once more at #Randl19
Reading Festival – BBC Radio 1 Stage – Sunday 5.00pm
Leeds Festival – BBC Radio 1 Stage – Friday 4.55pm
The Hunna
If there’s any band that can take your festival vibes from zero to 100, it’s The Hunna. Their set at Community ’19 was crammed full of indie rock anthems that had us bouncing right from opener, ‘We Could Be’.
At Community the band dropped new tracks ‘I Get High To Forget’ and ‘Don’t Give A F**k’. Will they play them at #Randl19? There’s only one way to find out.
Reading Festival – Main Stage – Saturday 2.20pm
Leeds Festival – Main Stage – Sunday 2.15pm
SWMRS
Normally, we wouldn’t want to be anyone’s ‘Trashbag Baby’ but for SWMRS we make an exception. At Community ’19 the Cali punks had us bouncing all the way through their opening set on the Main Stage. It was in one word, iconic.
So, if you’re going to #Randl19 get ready to lose, lose, lose your mind one more time.

Sea Girls
We had too much fun dancing to the Sea Girls‘ indie pop jams at Community ’19. Now, you can do it all over again when the band play Reading and Leeds on the BBC Radio 1 Stage. We wonder if front man Henry’s going to break out that red suit…

BLOXX
So, it’s looking set to be a scorcher this bank holiday weekend for #Randl19 and BLOXX are packing summery indie bops to match those rays.
We’re still slathering on the aftersun after they scorched our hearts at Community ’19 with ‘Headspace’ and ‘Novacaine’.

Vistas
Finally, Vistas are the last band to be taking the Community ’19 love to #Randl19. At Finny P we followed front man Prentice’s lead and and had our arms in the air to total bangers ‘Eighteen’ and ‘Retrospect’.
Playing at midday at both Reading and Leeds, Vistas are the band to see to kick-start you day.
